•3 pounds of Boneless Chicken (I used half breast and half thigh)
•2 cans of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis
•1 packet of Taco Seasoning
•about 1 cup of Chicken Broth
1.Pour the diced tomatoes into the slow cooker. Add the taco seasoning and mix thoroughly.
2.Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
3.Pour chicken broth over the chicken until the chicken is submerged in the broth and tomato mixture. Stir to combine everything.
4.Put the lid on the slow cooker and set to low. After 4-5 hours the chicken will be fall apart tender.
5.Use a fork to remove the chicken from the slow cooker. Shred with two forks.
6.Use a slotted spoon to scoop the tomatoes out of the sauce, and add to the chicken. Add about 1 cup of the liquid from the slow cooker to the chicken and stir. I discarded the extra liquid in the slow cooker, and returned the chicken to the slow cooker and set to the keep warm setting during the party.

3 Bags Great Value Frozen Meatballs (Homestyle)
1 24 oz. Sour Cream
4 cans Beef Gravy
Mix gravy and sour cream together first. Add meatballs in and cover in sauce. Cook on low or high till heated through. Stir occasionally.

2 cans apple pie filling
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cube margarine
Melt margarine and pour into cake mix. The mixture will be crumbly. Set aside. In a pyrex dish, add pie filling and lemon juice. Mix chopped nuts with the cake mix and margarine mixture and sprinkle over pie filling mixture. Bake at 375 for about 35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
1 (15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
2 eggs, beaten
5 tbsp. butter, melted
1 bag (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
I love to use the kind that has flour in it.
In your mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix with melted butter and beaten eggs.
This is easier if you have an electric or stand mixer because batter will be very thick.
Stir in bag of chocolate chips.
Spread batter into greased baking dish.
What I like to do is spray my hand with some nonstick cooking spray and then spread the batter around using my hand since the batter is very thick.
Once it is evenly spread out, put in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
It will puff up as it is cooking and be golden brown around the edges when it is done.
Allow to cool.
This makes a great base for some ice cream too.
Cook's Notes: The great thing about this recipe is all the variations you can make.
Feel free to use different types of chips or add in nuts. I really love when the holiday baking chips come out.

•1 package (1-layer size) yellow cake mix
•1 cup flaked coconut
•1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•4 tablespoons butter, melted
•1 21-ounce can apple pie filling
Combine dry cake mix, coconut, and cinnamon; stir in melted butter. Press about 2/3 of mixture into ungreased 8x8x2-inch baking pan; spread with pie filling. Crumble remaining coconut mixture over the filling. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes. Serve warm or cooled with ice cream, if desired. This easy apple dessert recipe makes 6 servings.
