Sauce while cooking or use as a dipping sauce after the cook is done?

Everyone I talk to says it takes 4 to 6 hours to do ribs properly on the grill like it is some hallowed tradition to waste a lot of time.

Sorry but here's the simply RayRay way.Pre-season your ribs with a dry rub of your choice, wrap in foil and refrige over nite. It's better to split the ribs into 7 bones apiece to make handling easier. Start your grill and take the foil packs out. Open one end and put in about a 1/4 cup of wate or less based on the size of the foil packs. Put on hot grates , cover and let cook for around 45 an hour Take a peek to see if meat has pulled back on the bones, if so take out of the foil and throw on the grill with your favorite sauce.

Did a lot of camping with my kids when they were in scouts. Time was always of the essence along with good food. LOL
