Chef Rocco Whalen’s Premium Margarita Recipe made in the Vitamix.....very interesting addition right at the end.
I would like to try making this a Virgin Margarita and try adding non-alcoholic Ginger beer and see how it tastes. I like the idea and wonder if it tastes even better or just makes it unique?
Oh, how I love fresh made guacamole! I have to try making it my vitamix. It looks super easy and fast to make.
