My name is Sharon Colyer. I have been a member of JAP for about a year. Love the site & friends I have made here! I see that Kentucky isn't listed as part of the group's name. We are most definitely part of the Ohio Valley & are always referenced that way for weather & such. Our largest city, is right on the Ohio River. We live about 20 miles east of downtown Louisville. We are Ky. natives, then lived in Ohio for 15 years, & returned to our home state of Ky., after that.
This may have been mentioned before....but I just love this show with all its antics and fun participants, mostly famed chefs. Daphne Oz kept working almost til new baby girl arrived..on Wed. I think. Michael Symon had even dreamed she would have it on the show. Anyway...this show leaves me feeling happy each day. Maybe too slapstick for some...but not for me.. Just saying.
Wow, how about this wicked wind.I rode along with my daughter Sunday evening when she took her son back to the University of Akron. She takes 75 south out of Findlay to 23 and takes 30 north to Akron. It's a long drive almost 3 hrs.,we dropped him off and came straight back.It rained the whole way and the wind was rockin the van.One of these days I want to stop at the cheese barn,it's by Wooster I think.
