Hello all! I have a copy of a recipe from my husband's grandmother (departed). I was hoping to post it here and have some help deciphering it. I know that ultimately it makes meringues, and I would love to duplicate the one's she made for my husband's family this Thanksgiving. It's just so cryptic! LOL! Any help is appreciated! My husband says she used to bake them on paper sacks and they turned out big and smooth.

Good morning, Texas! I impulsively bought a turkey fryer off QVC several months ago but I've never used it. Yesterday, HEB had turkeys on sale for 88 cents/lb with a $10 purchase, so I froze my fingers off digging for a smaller bird to test-fry before Thanksgiving. Do any of you have suggestions for me?
