I just discovered this great alternative to big fat sandwich rolls and breads. Its made by Joseph's, and is basically a wrap, but only has 2 grams of fat, 50 calories and, 4 grams of net-carbs (which is great for a person with diabetes, or anyone who needs to watch carbs!). Its chewy and has a really nice texture. So good!
You can stuff these bad boys with all sorts of veggies or whatever other good-for-you things you like. I use lettuce, tomato, pickles, alfalfa sprouts, red onion, a slice of swiss cheese, and sometimes a little hommus spread on there, too.
