Beer and wine is great for bringing out the flavors of many food's.
Red wine for spaghetti sauce. White wine to saut'e onions, peppers and a host of other vegetables.
Beer is good for beer can chicken, beer batter bread and to flavor baked beans. Make your favorite rub for your steaks add a little beer just to make a paste and slather it on your chicken, steaks, burgers or brisket. Hope you enjoy these tip's!!!!
