Since about a week before xmas, I've been making smoothies for breakfast. I bought the LARGE clamshell container of organic dark baby greens...kale spinach and chard. I blend together with fresh organic fruits. Some days 1/2 orange and the peel, a whole apple, organic fruit juice and a small amt of purified well water...YUM! I've already bought 2 pkgs of greens, and about to purchase another tomorrow to continue this breakfast habit.
Some days other organic fruit. I was able to buy some bartlett and red crimson pears, so tomorrow, they will go into the smoothie. I switch the fruit up a little each day, and it is always a treat!
Hi, I found a great recipe here on JAP " Quinoa Salad w/ Beets & Arugula" By Teressa Drenth. This is such a wonderful dish. I add about a 1/4 cup crumbled tofu. To crumble tofu I gently pressed out all the water using several paper towels. Then I simply crumbled it in my fingers over the salad. Mix salad and enjoy. I love it. So did my family
