Take 4 (or as many as you want) and brown on both sides add salt and pepper. Peel and slice onions, at least 4 large ones. After browning pork chops turn fire on low and add onions. Cover and cook until onions and pork chops are done. 5 min before serving add your favoirite cheese ( we liked swiss). You can also add mushrooms to this dish. Enjoy!
