750 Calorie a Day Diet UGH

Friends,

My husband and I begin the diet journey next week. We are on a 750 calorie a day diet. Our protein consists of chicken, pork loin and white fish. we can put seasoning on our meat but no sauces. Any suggestions?????? I am SO not looking forward to this

Sorry, Judy. Didn't mean to offend you. I'm just a bossy old lady who tries to run the world (so my kids say).

What kind of proteins will you be using. I have a couple of homemade seasonings that might work for you. Just eliminate the salt called for (or cut it in half).

People.......thanks for all the concern about my diet but I am just looking for unique ways to season proteins without using sauces and a lot of salt.

Anna, I have been mulling over this off and on all day. Is this diet being supervised by your doctor? I certainly hope so. If not, I think you should get his/her approval before you stay on this diet more than a couple of days. It really sound too extreme to me and by the notes 'most everybody else.

Hi, I also agree with the others. 750 calories a day is way too low! The average diet consists of 1000-1200 calories per day. Be very careful with that strict of a diet.
