How do! :) I am a cookbook addict! I love baking and just discovered the world of jam making! I have been mixing all kinds of flavors from my own home grown fruits we have on our land. We purchased our first home in November 2011. Two acres. There are so many different fruit trees, bushes and shrubs I'm in complete heaven! I have even sold many of the jams I have made up! The Raspberry Peach Jalapeno seems to be one of the best, next to the Blackberry Peach Cinnamon! YUM!

Welcome to JAP! You'll find fabulous people and fantastic recipes on this site. Check out the groups to join by browsing groups (upper right hand side of this page). We're glad you are with us:)
You can do a power search (upper, right hand side). Type in any ingredient or recipe and click. Better stand back because you aren't going to believe how many come up:))
There are groups for jam and jelly making and for cookbook lovers.

Karen - Two of our apples trees the apples are BEAUTIFUL no bugs, spots, etc. Same with one pear tree! They are so loaded with fruit!
I have only made freezer strawberry jam in previous years as I was scared to try the old school method. Well, with having our own blueberry bushes now and what a great season it was! I had a hard time keeping up with the three! I decided to make blueberry jam as my first attempt. I gave the guinea pigs all jars. They are all now begging for more! I will post the super easy recipe. I was hooked from that first batch! I been a mad woman every weekend. This past weekend my sister in law and niece came out. I taught my niece how to make raspberry jam! She was all smiles and even bragged about it on FACEBOOK! For a teenager to do that, you KNOW she had to enjoy it!
I am so excited to have found this site! I will post some of my recipes. :)
