What a precious granddaughter, Gail. My eyes teared up when I saw her cute little button nose. My daughter had a nose just like that as a baby. It brought back memories for me. How special for you to do this cookbook for her. I'm sure she will treasure it when she gets old enough to appreciate it. And I do hope that you are around to "play in the kitchen" with her making cookies, etc.

Gail, thank you for including 'Grandma's Peanut Butter and Syrup for the Kids' in your cookbook! That was always grandma's 'special treat' for the grandchildren. I will tell her the recipe was included in your cookbook, and she will be so flattered! Grandma is 101-years-old now, and although she no longer cooks, she will be pleased to know that others are still enjoying 'her food'!
