I just reread your Grandmothers donut recipe and it was a great story. Your really had a long ride and walk to get to her house. I can see she was a great cook and a wonderful Grandmother. Hugs

my grandma Walker...taught me how to make donuts!
She was a great cook!
During WW2 she taught house wives how to can food to save money!
