another tip : to make perfect eggs for deviled eggs...believe it or not my husband taught me this one....bring salted water to a rolling boil..place in uncracked eggs and boil 20 mins. take pot with eggs to sink and run cold water into pan to displace boiling water. when eggs are cool enough to touch peel eggs. the shell almost just slips off the egg.

Goldene thanks for using several of my tips , the fruit one got messed up and got deleted when I went in and edited it and I lost all but 5 tips that were in the post. You have alot of great tips that I have never seen before , really good book. :D
