Thanks, Nancy, for putting together this cookbook of Whoopie Pies. And a special thank you for including the Serious Eats pumpkin whoopie recipe. It truly is the best recipe I have tried for pumpkin whoopies. I noticed another cook's recipe for the traditional chocolate cookie with cream filling is identical to my Claire's Whoopie Pies. You know it's a good one!
