Donna, I think you got me confused with Eileen who is the actual author of this wonderful cookbook, lol!
Yes they loved it and thank you for the recipe. Many are looking through the site and planning on joining up. I did find the peach water, they also have many other flavors and my favorite so far is Black Cherry.
My co worker and friend, Beth, said I would be better off growing them, that it is easy and like you said, well worth it so I am looking into doing this. I shared your recipe with everyone at work and those that have found where to get those bean sprouts said that its a winner. I might have to travel to a health food store and buy some but still grow my own.

I love soup! I was glad to include your recipe. I will be making this one alot, Chicken soup is my youngest sons favorite and it is perfect as well for when you are under the weather. I know your recipe will be enjoyed by many.
