Eileen, thanks so much for including another of my recipes in another of your cookbooks--LOL! I love it! You will enjoy the SLOW COOKER BEEF-STUFFED SHELLS, I'm sure. I just stocked up on ground chuck, so I'm going to look over all these beef recipes!
