Egg Plant Dishes

Technically, the eggplant is a fruit and belongs to the berry family. It comes in a variety of colors and sizes, depending on where it is grown.
There are many different uses for the eggplant. It can be added to your favorite recipes or cooked on its own as a main dish. It is often sliced or fried and used as a side dish or as part of a stew. Grilled and mashed varieties are also popular, but it can also be used as a dip or spread. Some people substitute eggplant for beef in the same way portobello mushrooms are used. It is very bitter before it is cooked, so it is not typically eaten raw.

This is not good to have incomplete directions , I have contacted the tech support to have them fix these problems , so if you have downloaded this book , you will have to re download after it is fixed.
