My best friend Cindy & I have known each other for 25 years. We talk all the time about food. We have catered a couple events. It has always been our wish to run a diner. We putz around together and always seem to get in some kind of pickle. We are always laughing and have the best time wherever we adventure out to. I dedicate this cookbook to Cindy aka Ethel.

I am...she would do anything for me and visa versa...Thick or thin she is always there. Thank goodness she lives 2 blocks away. I ride my motorized scooter down to her house and have coffee or she comes here. She is priceless!!
