Hi Sheila! I know meatloaf is not really a summer food for most people but it is for me as I cook and bake all the time even in the summer here in AZ. LOL! I don't let it stop me, I just turn the air up. I knew people would probably question my choices but that's ok, I really like your recipe and all of them in it. I understand your comment though :)

I don't think that my meatloaf recipe is really a "Summer Recipe" seems to me that would be more for things you don't have to turn the oven on for...
