It was my pleasure to use your recipe with the picture for my cover, nothing pleases me more than to have good recipes on hand and to enjoy good simple food. Just looking at your recipe makes me remember when my mother made dinners like this on the weekends. Good food, family, back in the day simple was the best of everything.
