Ok everyone thumbs up for the Watermelon Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie.........I used honey instead of sugar, and it is amazing and also very refreshing.

Eileen, this compilation is great.........thank you for including one of our recipes and we hope others enjoy it as much as we do. We like a few of the recipes in the book and will be trying them during the summer. Actually it feels like summer here in the hot and sunny Jamaica. Peace and love from the island of Jamaica.

Hi Eileen, what a great idea for a cookbook. I've always wanted to try that Almond punch that you have added to your book. I have it saved to but I need to put in in my "MUST TRY" folder so I'll make it this spring. It sounds so good. Thank you for including one of my recipes too. xooxox
