Oh, thank you, Sue, for the very kind words. I was very happy to include your recipe--I'm a big fan of your cooking! You will do a wonderful cookbook soon, I'm sure. I told myself I was going to give it (cookbooks) a rest for awhile, but they keep calling to me! Lol!

Firstly, I LOVE your cover! You have such a wonderful sense of humor - pigs are my favorite little guys! The face on your cover; what's not to love about that in every respect, right? LOL

Secondly, thank you so very much Ellen for adding my recipe. I opened your cookbook and much to my surprise, I found it to be the first recipe in your book. I did a double take LOL.

It's a great cookbook; you did fantastic work as usual, with the compiling and putting it together. Someday, I need to do one, just not until after the Holidays.
