I am looking for a recipe my Grandmother Bertha Wendt from Pilger, Nebraska.
She used to make these great bars but I can't remember what was in them. Maybe you can help me.

I travel and I am a work camper, My husband and I love cooking we do allot in the travel. we experiment different types of foods while we travel in our coach.
My husband broke his ankle so we have halted till he is back on his feet again probably a good 3mos. so in the mean time I work for Randall's grocery's store I work the deli.

Thank you for buying the book, I hadn't even thought about anyone buying it. I worked in the kitchen of red Lobster for 27 years and I started cooking at 7 years old, so cooking has been big in my life. I had to quit working at 52 due to health issues, so now it's God and raising dogs
AKC French Bulldogs & UKC American Pitbull Terriers, and in November 2012 we are having both breeds, so it will be puppy heaven around here.
