In culinary terms, a vegetable is an edible plant or its part, intended for cooking or eating raw. The non-biological definition of a vegetable is largely based on culinary and cultural tradition.
I love vegetables and sometimes I will only eat vegetables for lunch and dinner. In this book I have chosen vegetables I personally enjoy and hope to make later and try.
Most children dislike peas and broccoli and even spinach but if they are made a certain way they can be enjoyed by everyone.
We all need a certain amount each day and vegetables are healthy and good for you.

Thank you for liking the book. I made it because I love my vegetables but so many people dont,now I hope this book will show those who hate their veggies they can actually like them. Your recipe sounds wonderful and I can't wait to make it. Hugs.
