There are so many GREAT COOKS on JAP!!.
With out them...there would be no cookbook!!!

Nancy, I got the recipe from a Readers Digest many years ago. That was the name of the cake in the digest. I would suppose, because of the shaggyness of the coconut in the topping for the cake.

Nancy, what a great idea for a cookbook. I was trying to think what recipes I had that included pecans and WOW....these are some of my favorites that you included. Thanks so much and w/o a doubt I will be referring back to this cookbook for so yummy recipes to try out. xoxoxo

Thanks for including me in your cookbook. I have a pecan tree in my back yard and if hurricanes don't take them like last year I can't wait to try some of these recipes. My hardest problem will be deciding which ones to try first they all look soooooooooooooooo good.
