Thanks Diane for Including my recipe for Irish Corned Beef Dinner in your wonderful cookbook. It is nice that my recipe was included among so many Blue Ribbon Winners. It is a great book, and has so many great recipes. I am sure this one will be a hit with so many of the members. Thanks again for this great book.
