Nancy Allen - I love summertime. The BBQ'S alone are worth enduring the hot days. Here are some good recipes, ones I hope will fill you up and cool you down.
HUGS to you Janet! Thank You My Friend for posting this great Mac Salad recipe, Its a perfect summer eats! Take Care and keep those great recipes coming! 8)
Thank You so much Paula! I am honored that you liked the "Summer Meals" cookbook. It's so handy that JAP makes these books available to the members! Have a great day! 8)
Hi Tammy,
I have made ribs with liquid rubs; in foil; dry rubs; in the oven on 300 degrees for 5 hours; you name it, I tried it. None of them tasted as good as these, and were as convenient to cook!! My husband can't get enough of these ribs. They are "fall off the bone" delicious, every time.
Carol, I am going to have to try those ribs! I too am always afraid of the crockpot over cooking them. But I love ribs and I love easy, so I will also try them. I noticed I put your rib recipe in two of my cookbooks! And I have the books here so that makes it easy. :)
Nancy, I am Planning to give some Cookbooks to Family for Christmas Gifts, You Picked Some Great Recipes!!!.. Thanks for Your Time and Effort Paula ;O)
Hi Nancy,
That was same response my husband and daughters gave the first time I made this recipe. lol He couldn't believe they tasted so good from the crockpot. (he usually thinks the crockpot over-cooks food).
I make these quite often, around once a month, and we don't get tired of them.
Tammy, Thanks for your kind words my friend. Your slaw recipe is unique with the pineapple added to it. I will try this good summer slaw for sure! Thanks for posting it! 8)
Dear Carol, Girl I made these lovely ribs in my crock last Friday and all you could hear at the table was silence followed by "Oh Man". What a great recipe, Thank You! 8)
Paula, when I saw this recipe it screamed summer or anytime for that matter! My family will be all over this dessert when I serve it, Thanks for posting! 8)
